Hello,

So on the 5th of March it was mine and my husband’s 6 year wedding anniversary but unfortunately we couldn’t go out that night so we went out last weekend.

We had a reservation at “Fatto bar and Cantina” which is located near the Melbourne Art Centre. 100 St Kilda Rd South Melbourne.

I have been there a few times now and I really like there spaghettini which has crab, chill, lemon and parsley.

We had a lovely Antipasto plate with Bella Lodi Raspadura from Italy(cheese), Prosciutto Di Parma also from Italy and pickled vegetables. Which went down a treat after walking from the casino.

For main I had the spaghettini and Shaun had the lasagne.

We were good and didn’t have dessert. Trying to watch what we eat.

We finished dinner just in time to walk over to Moomba which is a festival Melbourne celebrates every year on the second Monday in March.

I have been going to Moomba since I was a little girl when my parents or my Nanna they would take my sister and I. I would love the unique arts and craft and my favourite part was the fireworks.

Shaun and I watched the fireworks while walking along the Yarra River. After the fireworks we walked back to the casino where we played some black Jack for a while then went home. ( I’m hopeless at Black Jack but I do enjoy the thrill)

So that was Shaun and mine 6 year anniversary night out.
