Noodle market

Hello,
So I love this time of year in Melbourne as there are so many different festivals and markets going on.

Last week I caught up with one of my good friends at the Night Noodle Market which is being held at Birrarung Marr.

The area along the Yarra us transformed into an Asian hawkers style of market with dishes from Red spice Road, Hoy Pinoy, Din Tai Fung Delhi and Chin Chin just to name a few. They also had a few bars such as Pimms and Yalumba wine.

My friend and I decided to sample and share  few different meals. This way we can taste a bit of a few things.

First we had  Filipino chicken skewers from  PakPak Cue which were cooked on a Charcoal BBQ. They were great.
Time for some delicious dumpings.  We picked up 6 prawn steamed dumplings from “Let’s do yum cha”
A vegetarian option for our main. We had a veggie Pad Thai from Bangkok Street food (sorry guys the pic isn’t the best)
Now dessert was a hard one there were heaps of yummy things to pick from.
First we had a white chocolate and raspberry  creme Brulee from “Brulee Cart” ( forgot to take a pic of this one but man it was YUMMY)
We also had a fried ice-cream from Messina.
Loved the coconut and pineapple sauce that it come with.
After all that food I needed a drink.  I have been obsessed with Pimms  at the moment.
And I couldn’t resist having on at the market it was a cocktail with strawberries and oranges.
It was a great night out.
The noodle market is on till the 27th of November make sure you check it out.
