We recently went out to dinner with a friend and her Husband and I booked “Up In Smoke” in Footscray.
This restaurant is a hipster American smoke house. It is always packed and a booking is essential.
We had window sit so we could see all the people outside in the cold on the outside picnic tables.
We all ordered “The Big Tray” which had Brisket, Pulled Pork, a Jalapeno and Cheddar Sausage , 2 sides ( we had the Mac n Cheese and the BBQ Rub Fries) Buns and Pickles.
I did like it the meat was cooked well and the Sausage has just a good amount of kick to it.
I would have liked a few more buns 1 each was just not enough.
we also ordered Dessert I had one of that days specials which was a smoked apple pie and Shaun has a Doughnut Ice-cream Sandwich with raspberry and peanut butter ice cream.
