Sorry I have been M.I.A but life has taken over and everything seems to be happening all at the same time.
So I might have mentioned that one of my friends was getting married as well as my baby sister both in April, so life has been crazy.
I have organized 2 hen’s night and a bridal shower.
For my friends hen’s i organized a great day that was very her.
We went to freak show Ascot Vale were we took a burlesque dancing class.
We were shown how to perform a short dance. It was great fun and a great laugh.
We had a set menu as we were s large group. The food was amazing! Very rich Italian dishes loaded with flavours and they all looked delicious.
Mamma criniti’s polpette which were homemade meatballs w/ mozzarella & napoletana sauce
Braciole di riso traditional crumbed calabrese rice braciole w/ mozzarella & parmigiano
crispy salt & pepper calamari served w/ aioli
Wood fired italian bread w/ garlic butter & parsley
traditional veal ragù tortellini boscaiola mushrooms, red onions, pancetta, parmigiano & cream
chicken, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes & mozzarella in a napoletana sauce
tomato, mozzarella, double smoked ham, pancetta, salame,roasted capsicum, mushrooms, olives & red onions

& semi-dried tomatoes
Margherita wood fired pizza
tomato, bufala mozzarella & basil
lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, olives, cucumbers& roasted capsicum w/ a white balsamic vinaigrette.
After all that food we decided to go to Khokolat Bar

It is a RnB club located at 43 Hardware Ln, Melbourne VIC 3000. (Not my sort of club but i enjoyed it as it happened to be a olds school night).
After way too many shots and sore feet our night was over.
All in all it was a great night and the bride to be was happy and a little drunk.
